Post 10: English Language Challenges


Hello everyone

I personally believe that English, although it’s a challenge for me, is a good way to get tools. In that sense, the blog is a good way to learn to write in English and express a thought in a coherent way. Because of that, I think the blog should be implemented earlier as a learning tool for English classes. I honestly think that the blog can reinforce every aspect of learning: writing, reading, listening. I admit to be a common Chilean with a ordinary knowledge of English. That´s why, after approving this class, I’d like to take an intensive English course somewhere I can dedicate more time to learning. It would be a good tool to acquire more social capital and possibilities of social mobility. Outside of English classes, I deal with the language mostly in movies (I’ve always liked watching them in the original language), TV shows, or the music that I listen to daily. These are things that I like and spend free time on

The Best Concert ever

Hello!  I really don´t said who is my favorite concert, because that depend to the judgement occupied. For example, if we talk of the best concert in my life, I say what is the concert of the chilean band " Los Prisioneros" in the Nacional Stadium in the 2001. In this moment, I have 11 years and Los Prisioneros was one my favorite band.  In this oportunity, I remember that I went with my father,  because I have a young and because my father also is the admirer of the Los Prisioneros. I remember the day as if it were yesterday, because it was a day, or rather, one of the night more electrifying in my life. I remember what in this concert, the days of presentation was divided in two:  November 30 and December 1, both to full stadium. I remember what that liked  the sound quality and the "magic" relation, fill up to real rock, with the spectators. As well as I remember I have never assisted to such massive concert even that moment in my life. High life...

Post 7: My Favorite TV show

Hi everyone! In this opportunity I would to talk about my favorite TV Show. Really, I don´t have this answer, because are many TV show´s really good, It is comes from to the different areas in the world, even in Chile, where the quality to the nacional TV it´s very shameful.  However, I think that one of my favorite TV show´s is the El Chavo del Ocho, the mexican TV show, starred for Robero Gomez Bolaños (as  El Chavo), Ramon Valdez (Mr Ramon), Maria Antonieta de Las Nieves (as La Chilindrina), Edgar Vivar (Mr. Barriga), Florinda Meza (Ms. Florinda), Carlos Villagrán (as Kiko) among other actors really goods.
